Girl, I feel you. I have super oily skin and it drives me crazy, but luckily I found 2 ways to wear makeup and keep it at bay.
(If you have oily skin, they say not to use a moisturizer under your facial primer, that it's best to skip that.)
I personally use a face primer(I use Almay's Correcting one, you can use any), then I use Maybelline's Super Stay foundation with a flat top brush and buff it in, let that set, then I use Rimmel's Stay Matte pressed powder in translucent to set my foundation. This lasts me all day with minimal oiliness. I may blot like once depending on how bad the weather is here in Vegas.
My second is Bare Minerals. I just use a face primer, then buff in my Bare Minerals Original, then use their concealer and buff that in, and it lasts ALL day. I love it. That's the simplest routine I have.

You should moisturize it more... Because your skin won't have to produce more sebum to hydrate the skin... But use a moisturizer for oily skin. My skin is like super oily and now when I moisturize it it's not oily at all.
