Yeah its an app that gets you ready for a 5K but there are other workouts if your not preparing for that.The app also tracks your progress and running times.

Personally I like the Zombies Run! app. It gives you a story to run along to and its kinda fun.

I've been using it and it is great! It really motivates me to run. My boyfriend and I run every other day, and he always tells me to turn it on so he can get motivated! Definitely recommend it, whether you're training for a marathon or just want to get into shape.
