Concealer On Lips?

Is it bad to put concealer on your lips? I always find myself doing it as I put on my makeup bc I hate color on my lips and love the matte look but it always ends up drying and gathering in the cracks on my lips - plus if they're a little dry and not the smoothest it looks horrible! Anyone have any nude matte lip suggestions?!

You should get a nude matte lipstick. Myth, creme d'nude and fleshpot from Mac are good.

I put concealer on my lips as mine are pigmented as well but I always try to use a good moisturizing lip balm first.

No! visit andreaschoice on YouTube. she does it all of the time and it looks great, but I agree with the jazzmyn. it should be a nude color and I agree with Dagni. I always use Cherry Chapstick before I use the concealer. wet n wild has a good nude lipstick that gives a nice little shine to my lips.

That's not bad at all as long as you're putting something OVER it. Concealer is lipstick so of course it will dry out haha. If you out concealer first, and then a lipstick, the lip color will pop!

Don't put concealer on your lips although it makes your lipstick hold longer, like you said it cracks and drys your lips out mac do nude lipsticks and you can get lip primer from benefit and mac. I'd suggest getting a primer and a nude lipstick. Ysl do some lovely natural looking sheer lipsticks x

I've read that putting concealer on your lips before putting red lipstick on helps it from bleeding out. Of course putting a lip liner helps as well.
