Yep. I use Mac Fix+ spray or shea butter.

Yup! After applying your moisturizer, let it sink for approx 5 mins and then apply your primer...:-D.

You should moisturize before makeup no matter what. Even if you're oily you can use something for oil. It's important to have a clean and MOISTURIZEF face before makeup can't stress that enough :)

Moisture, then prime, then foundation. you can always pop moisture over foundation during the day if you need a freshen up of hydration, but it may react with your foundation!
