Well if its just dark circles then you could always try and colour correct it? My favourite foundation has have to be StarLooks satin finish, its not so much a satin finish as a really nice glow. estee lauder double skin is really nice but I haven't used it in a while :) x

You can use a concealer for the dark marks and a medium to high coverage foundation like Diorsnow which is matte and has a 'brightening' effect. Hope this helps! :) x

I love the urban decay naked foundation. It's probably on the lighter side in terms of coverage. But it does pretty good for covering up spots
