It could depend on the mascara you're using. I personally use Benefit They're Real mascara, but I have naturally long and thick lashes. I hear so many people that use 2 different kinds of mascara.

Take an old mascara wand and at night time apply Vaseline like its a mascara, wake up and put your usual mascara on. Over time you'll see longer fuller lashes.

Put one coat of mascara, then dust your mascara wand with baby power/ talc, apply to lashes, then apply a few more coats of mascara. the powder thickens up the lashes making them much fuller. works every time. they showed us this trick at makeup school.

Everyone has given great tips!
You can also use two different mascaras - first one that lengthens, then one that volumizes. bit.ly/143D9py

@Jacqueline,I always think the fan brush always gets over looked when it comes to beauty tools it's the under dog and not many know that it's a tool of many possibilities lol it works for so many things and it comes in all sizes.

I have fuller but short lashes. For me anything from the Maybelline XXL collection does wonders. Especially the white/black tube or if you can't find that one, the orange/black tube.

Tightline your upper water line works like a charm.

Tight line first, then use a mascara with a really full wand. Then use a mascara with a small, narrow wand focused at the base of your lashes.
