I put it after all my eye makeup and then I put on a second coat of mascara. cause the mascara kinda works like a glue. so if you do it after, it sticks. but that's just what I do.

I do before and after, is not ideal since it can cause breakage but my lashes last all day. I also condition them at night.

I do it after just cause I like the effect and it holds the curl a lot better but you just have to be very careful when removing not to pull out lashes, take it off the lashes slow and wiggle it a little.
