There is a step by step tutorial for this on YouTube. Type in her name and GossMakeupArtist. I believe he has two..one focuses on the light eyes and contour.. the other..the complete look.

You need to get a concealer that is 1-2 shades lighter then your foundation tone.
Then apply it in a triangle shape from the side of your nose, along the bottom of your eye to the corner do it makes a triangle on the top of your cheek.
To make it set and last either use a pure translucent powder so the color won't change or use again a powder 1-2 shades lighter than the rest of you skin so it still stands out.
To make this look more dramatic try some contouring with bronzer on the temples, cheek bone and on the sides of your nose.
