I use pond's moisturizer. If you put it on and wipe it off with a tissue it works wonders!

Like Aleighnna said, pure unrefined coconut oil is amazing - takes off waterproof eye makeup and leaves your skin super soft. RMS makes a jar for $18 (http://www.beautylish.com/s/rms-beauty-raw-coconut-cream) I also like Josie Maran's Aragan oil wipes.

I only ever wear a bit of eye makeup and coconut oil works great, especially if I'm wearing eyeliner. If I'm not wearing eyeliner, I just use Pond's makeup removing wipes.

Some generic makeup remover I got from a grocery store that actually works quite decently, I use then Simple Moisturizing Facial wash for anything that remains as well as cleaning my face. If anything still remains, (Which only happened I think once after a musical I was in with all this bold theatrical makeup that took forever to even remove half of it) I break out the Neutrogena wipes, toner, and anything else that will remove the cursed product (s) and make them go away.

Purity Made Simple is great for taking off everything. It's gentle enough to use for eye makeup too. I use it for eye makeup remover now. My bottle is low and I'm trying a different cleanser with my Clarisonic so Purity has kind of been designated to just eyes now lol. But usually I'll use that to remove eye makeup first and then use it all over my face with my Clarisonic. I never use makeup wipes unless I'm out and want to take off my makeup. I have to wash my face when I get home because wipes never leave my face feeling clean. Since I started using the Clarisonic just washing my face by hand or using wipes isn't good enough lol. It takes the top layer off but so much is still left in the pores.
