My arms are like spotty but there not spots, my mum has them to and I hate my arms. As its nearly summer can I do anything to get rid I them also I have some on my thighs? How can I help get rid I them?

I also had this problem at one point too...
These spots could be a sign of something your skin might have a slight reaction to. Like for me, it was grass. It is probably something you have been over-exposed to.
I went and got my spots (which were also on my arms and thighs) checked out by a doctor. He gave me some anti-biotic tablets and by a few days my spots were gone!

Exfoliation!! I had these but my mum said exfoliate and I have and now their gone! It's just little pimples!

Could be something called keratosis. if your arms and legs feel rough and there are little bumps that prob it. try a lotion called Amlactin available in drug stores. it helps tremendously with this and its dubbed an anti aging lotion. I really don't like the smell and honestly its greasy but it will work for that and is great for dryness too.
