Both... 1 for darker complexion and 2 for lighter complexion. Also check the lorac pro palatte.

I think it doesn't depend on your skin color, but your undertone. Naked 1 for warm undertones and Naked 2 for cool ubdertones. I'm cool undertoned and if I knew that I would've bouth Naked 2 instead of 1 ):

@katy k.. If your veins on your arm are more blue then your probably cool if there more green then your more warm.
