I usually use foundation in the fall and winter but for summer I though I'd try a lighter solution and opt for a bob cream but it feels heavy and cakey? Any tips on how to make it feel light and breathable for summer?

You could try thinning it Out with moisturizer.

Try using less too just use a pea size amount for your whole face otherwise I agree mix with moisturizer or wear it over your moisturizer
