I recommend starting with volume shampoo by Pantene then blow drying, even without products blow drying just makes the roots spread out more, rollers are also really good for volume, also I'm obsessed with backcombing my hair ( teasing) with a comb especially at the roots and ends, finally elnett hairspray is my personal favourite for volume so hopefully you will find it just as good :)

Def. start with volumizing shampoo...but don't do Pantene or anything drugstore. Research it. You don't want sulfates or shampoos like Pantene that have wax that weighs hair down. You want it fluffy! :] I like Alterna's Bamboo line for volume...and Pureology has a line for volume. Since your hair is straight and fine, Alterna's Plumping Strand Expand would be amazing. That's what I got off the top of my head. There are tons of good products out there though :]
