I have a little spray bottle that I fill with water, a squirt of conditioner (Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut is the one I use since it's cheap and smells beachy), a squirt of gel, and a generous helping of salt. It really helps to texturize my fine hair.

Just put sea salt (has to b sea salt) in water... 2 parts water, 1 1/2 part salt.
