They have pore minimizing face washes and stuff.. You could try a primer..

I have some pretty noticeable ones on my nose, and Benefits Porefessional covered them flawlessly! I also use milk of manganese as a primer because I have pretty oily skin, and that covers pores brilliantly as well.

Wash your face in cool water and every time you wash your face, rub an ice cube on your face before putting on moisturizer.

Oh you should watch wayne g. He's a YouTube guru and he has a video on how to cover big pores he recommends a brush technique and it really worked check his video outxxxx
