Ummm I will give you a run through of sugar nail art!
1) paint your nails with a base coat that is thick, don't let them dry too quickly!
2) get a pot of granulated sugar and dip them in.
3) push the sugar into the base coat lightly
4) paint over them in a clear polish twice
I think the sugar design will work a treat with your sparkly bit on the top of the dress

Hair up and effortless- there is a good bit of detail in the front of the dress you see.
