For beginners keep it simple and slowly progress... If you want to experiment with eyeshadows may I suggest neutrals first and then get into the colors... Find out your eye shape and what will look best on you
And have fun!!

ALWAYS look online for reviews before purchasing a product! It saves you time and money, and more likely than not you'll end up with a product you'll love! Beautylish actually has a section where you can read reviews others wrote and leave reviews yourself to help others out! :)
Remember that practice makes perfect! Just because you can't get a look you wanted the first time doesn't mean you can't keep working at it and improving!
Just because something is high end doesn't necessarily mean it's a good product. (Again, look at reviews before buying anything!)
Some really great, inexpensive brands are: Wet n Wild, Loreal, Revlon, Hard Candy, Physicians Formula, Maybelline, NYX, ELF, and earlier someone suggested I check out Essence, so that too! :) If I were you I would start out with brows and a little bit of mascara and MAYBE eyeliner. You have very clear skin from what I can see, so I don't see the need for any foundation or concealer. If you do want a little somethin' somethin' on your face I would check out a tinted moisturizer.
I hope that all helped! Good luck, doll! :)

For eyes I'd suggest an eyelash curler
It'll make your eyelashes look amazing, with or without mascara
I couldn't go without mine!

Try using BB cream instead of foundation. Good for the skin, and gives really good coverage. :)

I can't believe I forgot this!! If you want to use mascara be sure to scrape off the excess on the tip of the brush onto the edge of the tube! Otherwise it causes a big, clumpy ole mess!

Tinted moisturizer/bb cream, fill in brows, dark brown eyeshadow, mascara, little bit of top eyeliner, lipgloss or lip butter? :))
