OK I am a beginner at wearing make-up and I've recently noticed I don't really like neutral colors I love the bright bold looks so if you know any really pretty palettes I could get or any pretty looks for a 13 year old that would be great because I don't want to look adultish.

I think the palettes that bh, coastal scents, and crown brush are all the same manufacturer. I bought the 88 matte palette when I was at the Makeup Show and I am amazed at everything about it. It's very bright and also pigmented. That was only $15, but that might have been the cost for pro's. I think it's only slightly more than that for everyone else.

I bought mine from Crown Brush btw. There brushes are pretty good, I'd say probably better than bh and coastal scents judging only from what I've read by others. So, I think if you are planning on picking up a few brushes as well as palettes, Crown is the way to go.

Costal Scents brushes aren't to bad, I use them long side my sigma ones and they haven't shed yet.

Good to know Erin, I don't own any,. I have an awesome fan brush and bronzer brush from crown. No problems with either one.
