So, I have a brush that's very similar to the real techniques buffing brush, when I apply my foundation with it it'll look really good, flawless even, and then when I come back 10 minutes later its.. Degenerated, like its didn't sink into my skin. I also don't use that much foundation when applying, so I'm not applying too much. Has anyone had this same problem?

I have a similar problem. I've tried primer and several powders. nothing seems to work :(

Do you use a primer? I can't say I've ever had that problem. Normally I moisturize my face, apply primer or a BB cream that acts as a primer (there are some), and then apply my foundation with my Tarte bamboo foundation brush. Stays on all day.

I've used multiple primers, yeah. And I don't think it's the foundation's fault, because they're fine with the off brand beauty blender I have.

I just want to learn how to use brushes too, because you get heavier coverage that way.

Do you let your moisturizer absorb for 10 minutes before applying foundation? And let the foundation set for a few more minutes before applying anything else, when your done using liquids and creams set everything with a powder.

You could also try using a setting spray. I find it melts my makeup in a lot better.
