The clear plastic one from tweezerman is good. It doesn't have bars on the sides so it's easier to curl the innermost and outermost lashes.

I had tried so many different ones for all sorts of prices and honestly the best one Ihave used was a "Coles" brand eyelash curler. It cost me like $6.
