I think the one thing that makes a woman look outstanding is her eyes...with that being said some comcealer and Luxury or translucent powder to set it would make this look more put together..

Looking at your skintone...you seem to have a yellow undertone try dabbing the concealer with your ring finger under your eye area down to the upper apple of cheeks forming a triangular shape...Next blend in concealer with a brush or even your ring finger..Then with a small blending brush you take your powder in a lighter shade than your skin tone and place it over the concealor to get a flawless look.
