Also try only applying the eyeliner at the bottom at the corners and not all the way to the corner.

Personally I would add a deeper shade to the outer half of the lid, just the red looks pink, and too much pink makes the skin look irritated. Use more pigmented red and blend with darker shades. :) xo.
