It depends on how much correction your brows need. If you just want to generally fill them in I suggested powder, but if you want to shape them and do more detailed work with them I suggest pencil

I would use powder Liz. Kristin I use both as well. I'm recovering from over plucking. It takes while to have nice brows again but I'm getting there!!

I like using pencil for a more natural look and eye shadow for more dramatic looks (use them like a brow powder).
