I usually get any deep conditioner of good quality I like AG hair cosmetics. Its just any deep conditioner you have and olive oil and coconut oil mixed and you put a plastic cap or bag anything on your head for 40 min or if you want put ypur hair under the blow dryer for 20 min. I divided my hair into four sections I brushed the section I'm working on first and dabbed on some olive oil than the coconut oil than the conditioner than repeated than once all four section were coated I brought them all together band clipped it up.

In the US you can get it at whole foods, sprouts, and natural health. Make sure it virgin or unrefined.

Macadamia has a good one. And you can get coconut oil from trader joes if you have one near you :)
