I'm no good at tutorials and can't figure out how to upload a you tube video... I learned how to do mine off defrumpmeamber 's sock bun tutorial on youtube, making my own adjustments for my hair. Check it out. I love the method of rolling the hair into the sock can be frustrating at first but don't give up! bobby pins are your best friend.
