I know I am probably asking something that has been brought up a bazillion times. I am trying to figure out what shampoo to try. I just colored my hair today and my stylist recommended something sulfate free. Well I have tried pureology and to be honest I did not like the smell. I am leery of aveda because of the cost. I am currently using John Frieda for color-treated brunettes. Overall my hair is healthy. It just frizzes a little because of the humidity where I live.
Any thoughts on what would be a good shampoo and conditioner to try. I don't want to use something insanely expensive either.

Idk where you live but I live in south Florida and the humidity is hell. I also get my hair colored and use Suave Keratin shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair it's amazing I swear by it. I've been using it for about a year now my hair looks and feels the best it ever has and no frizz.
