I have been considering getting extensions but I'm on a budget! Any suggestions on inexpensive extensions that aren't too damaging?

Clip in or glued in professionally?

Clip in is cheaper but it does create damage over time. I had some clip in extensions for about a year straight everyday and my hair thinned out. I haven't had the glued in ones but I know they are more expensive and I can only imagine the damage of putting that heat to your head with glue.

I have bad glue in ones twice now, for £200 they last me 6 months if I look after them well :)
