As an eyebrow expert, there is nothing wrong with your natural brows! they might now be the perfect shape for your face but you are quite lucky to have a full eyebrow! (I am missing the back half from my tweezer happy teenage years)
I you feel like a fuller, filled in brow makes you feel more confident then do it. I suggest changing your products and techniques a bit first though. A youtuber I like is dressyourface, her shaping isnt 100% of what I shape but she is by far the best make up tutorialist I have seen on there.

Natural looks better compared to the other picture. I think giving them a little darker color is a good idea, just work on the shading. Make them less dark towards the middle and soften them up with a spoolie.
