For glasses you want strong and defined brows. Try not to make them too round or soft.

Keep makeup minimal with glasses. Filling in your eyebrows will always make for a more polished look. But also I'd recommend keeping it light on eyemakeup. Thick heavy eyeliner makes the eyes look smaller with glasses! Just a swipe of primer & shadow & keep the liner THIN to make the eyes pop. Go crazy with the mascara if you like and focus more on your pout. I wear glasses too so I hope this helps!(:

I wear glasses and what I do is gave a strong defined brows like @Keva said. And for eye makeup I focus mainly on my eyelashes. and line the bottom waterline and step away. So like @Ryanne said no heavy eye makeup. because glass seem to maginfy the look so do it light. because people are already drawn to the eye because of the glassesm. you cab also put a light shimmer on your lids. when I get ready I all take a picture and put here so you can see!
