Use cortizone 10 cream , I have reallyyy sensitive skin on my face , & no matter what time of year it is , it gets these small dry patches. the cortizone 10 cream really helps my face stay nice & smooth , & make sure you exfoliate your skin , good luck!

You have the exact same problems as me! Except it was winter here like 4 months ago but whatever! You have combination skin like me! We have oily t-zones but have dry patches! I actually bought the same exact moisturizer and tried using it for a few days. I put a light cost all over my face and it made me even more oily on the t-zone and I got more acne but it worked for my dry patches. So I basically just put it on the places where it gets dry and leave the t-zone alone. It has worked pretty well lately!
