Repeat every step of your skin care routine twice before bed ( ie. cleanser, toner). Some products will be to harsh but use your judgement. Hope this helped!

Try not to touch your face like at all! With the exception of washing etc, always take your makeup off before bed and make sure your washing and moisturising your face twice a day and use gentle products, keep that routine oh and exfoliate once a week (gently), it took me four months for it to clear :) stick with it, it's cleaning all the layers of your skin to get the impurities out so it takes a few months but honestly it worked for me! It'll get worse in aid to get better :) x

Well I recommend exfoliating and cleansing daily. For a cheap but very effective exfoliating method, I recommend baking soda and water face mask. Clean and clear has an amazing range of toners and cleansers. I recommend buying hydrogen peroxide. Just apply to pimple only (it can lighten hair, trust me, it sadly went on my eyebrows!) it will get rid of the pimple almost instantly! Spot treatments are a good investments!

Wash twice a day with African black soap. Moisturize at night with coconut oil, Shea butter and grapeseed oil. Moisturize in the morning with a light day moisturizer, I use one by L'Oréal for normal to mixed skin. You can buy the soap and oils on eBay and amazon!:)
