I would get you makeup done first cause if you get your hair done first then it might get in the way of applying makeup.

Makeup first! Depending on the style of hair, it should last all day. If your hair doesn't hold curl particularly well do your hair second for sure!

No sweetie you prep your hair first meaning wash vlow dry and set some of the curls and w.e tha. you do your makeup and than finish the rest of your hair and touch up makeup if needed. I've done this billions of times because of all the events I have to attend and such and I felt I never went wrong with thid routine.
