Using eyeshadow crayons/ sticks?

Just like it sounds. Its like you are using a crayon, and coloring in your eyelid. I wouldn't go above the center crease, just color in the lower lid. I have a tan one and I color in my lid, then put regular eyeshadow over it. Since it is sticky it keeps the eyeshadow on longer(:
