I need to make my hair grow faster!! help!

I just got my hair cut and it was just supposed to be a trim but now it's really short and I want it to grow back faster. I've been taking biotin? Does that really work or is there anything else I can do or take?

I've been in the exact same situation I told the lady just a little trim but she cuts like 4 inches off my hair! haha but anyways stay away from heat tools it damages your hair really bad also try to deep condition your hair once a week and I know it sounds gross but don't wash your hair everyday because you are stripping your hair from its natural oils that keep it healthy and as for the biotin it does work but it takes a while to actually see results keeping your hair healthy will really promote for healthier longer hair growth.

My hair grows fast, and some of my friends wonder how and the trick is I massage my hair with almond oil one day before I am going to wash my hair so I sleep with it on my hair and then wash it out. But not only that you have to eat right and drink water. Do not use too much heat on your hair. You could use olive oil instead of almond if you like.

I've heard that if you mix cayenne pepper with oil and massage it onto your scalp and leave it on for 30 mins, it makes your hair grow faster.
I was going to try it but after 2 treatments I got lazy and didn't keep up with it.
