I like dove silky smooth:) both shampoo an conditioner. if you want something thats for growth, take biotin supplements. I heard its really effective. however, hair growth is not only for your head. hahaha I know you know what I mean :P.

And the conditioner is so gentle for the hair I can be used as a leave in. (I even use some to blowdry my costomers hair.its very light and leaves hair shiny and strong)
