Exfoliate twice a week with a gentle facial scrub and try out Garnier's dark spot corrector. I started using it this week and its already lightening my scars. Mine are not quite as widespread but they are older and darker, while yours appear newer so they should clear up nicely over time. Make sure you wear a sunscreen with it though. I thought it would be drying but it isn't. I still use another moisturizer on top though. So far I'm using it twice a day and along with my usual routine its actually helping to keep acne away. So far its been worth the $17-20 I spent on it :)
You could also try out Bio Oil or pure vitamin E oil. I have heard good things but haven't tried either personally.
