What you can try is put on coconut oil.. Its good for anything your hair, nails, and face! Coconut oil is what I prefer because it makes your face moist and refreshed...

Best thing to do girls is 100% pure org virgin coconut oil! I have the same prob but my skin is extra sensitive ESP to cold weather... Have you tried exfoliating to remove the dead skin?

You also might want to switch up your toothpaste. Its often the cause of such situations. To one that is all natural.

Cetaphil has a really nice moisturizer; it's rich but doesn't clog your porea at all.

St ives is far too harsh for your face.it can actually make tiny little lacerations on the surface of your skin, letting in bacteria etc.its fine for knees, elbows etc. liz earle exfoliators seem quite gd.

I use to have very dry skin around the philtrum area and have cuts on the slits of my mouth. Vitamin E was not helping, nor moisturizer. I found that apply hydrocortisone (you can buy it from any store in the pharmacy area). Apply it every nigh and every morning. Sometimes leaving a thick layer (maybe at night) can decrease the chances of dry skin. I still do it till this day!

Start from the inside out. Drink TONS of water! You'll notice a difference over time!

If you can, make a facial scrub with extra virgin olive oil and sugar. Its great for exfoliation, and tea tree oil or coconut oil (or both). Also, skip a warm/hot rinse of your face. Ice water/cold water closes pores, and does help with keeping moisture in the skin.

This may sound weird, but microwaving your face lotion makes an amazing difference. Just take off the lid and microwave the moisturizer for 5-10 seconds.

Exfoliate with a scrub then make sure to layer on moisturizer religiously!! Avoid makeup until it's better! Makeup only dries it out more!
