Hey everyone! I currently just finished a bottle of root lifting spray and it was rather blah, so I am on the hunt for something new. If I can hear all of your recommendations that would be just dandy! I prefer drugstore options, but really I am open to any suggestions! Also, I have do have slightly coarse hair and my scalp can get oily if that helps. Thank you :)

You can get this from a Sally beauty supply store, it's called volume builder spray by ion it's a heat activated spray that you should use (for best results) on damp hair and hit with a blowdryer to activate. This will seriously give you so much volume, I use it daily and I have really fine thin limp hair, and it works so well for me. I've tried powders and mousse and other stuff but this is the best stuff I've ever used. It's 6.99 but will last you a really long time because it doesn't take much- also you can also spray this anywhere on hair root to tip, you don't have to just use it at your roots!

I was thinking of trying volumizing tonic actually! I use to work for aveda and I did use to have this product, but I know I must have used it wrong. Haha... but everyone raved about it so I may just have to give it another shot. Yes it smells amazing. And hair potion is AWESOME!

The hair dresser used big sexy root boost on my hair and omg amazing! my hair is very thick and heavy so it flattens to my scalp when I straighten in. it also didnt get as greasy as fast as it usually does either!
