I've been using the face wash for maybe 2 weeks now and I've noticed a lot of acne on my face that wondering if its from cetaphil?

I have really sensitive skin so I was using cetaphil also. It hasn't been helping clean my face really, but it seems that it's been making it oily... Sorry I didn't help, but just talked about it.

It works for me, but then again not every face wash works on everybody. It depends on your skin type really. :)

It's supposed to be good for your skin but it also didnt work for me.. Left my skin dry and all my make up was not washed off so had to use another face wash (my non failing Aveeno for sensitive skin) and my loreal make up remover.

I broke out with Cetaphil. My skin is oily and sensitive. The cetaphil made me my skin more oily than usual which led to a breakout. I have since begun using Dove bar soap for sensitive skin and it works really well. It is not drying, cleans off my makeup pretty welk and does not make my skin produce more oil than usual. it's definitely worth trying.

Cetaphil has the same active ingredients as Joy dish washing detergent. The only reason why the Cetaphil doesn't lather up like Joy dish washing detergent is because the second active ingredient prevents the Cetaphil from doing that. As an esthetician, some of my clients have used Cetaphil and have had no problems. Of it works for yiu, it works for you but I do not recommend it. Its very drying amd not good for A LOT of people. Hope this helps love and good luck!!

I've been using cetaphil for many years. I think it's great in my opinion. It's very lightweight on your skin and leaves your face feeling fresh. But I guess it's not for everybody.
