So, I have a rash on each side of my face (cheeks). It makes my cheeks look rosy but I am extremely self conscious about it. My face looks pretty clear but when I look in the mirror you can see a lot of little pimples. I have used basically everything. I don't wear make-up. Any suggestions for face washes that have worked?!:)

Hi Miley,
While you may want to speak to a dermatologist about this - it seems it could be an allergy - you can always try Bare Escentuals' Redness Remedy. It's naturally derived so it's gentle and soothing on the skin and since you want to avoid makeup, it has a slight yellow tint just to neutralize any redness. If you want to look into this further, here is a link for you:

Good luck - I hope this helps!

It sounds like you may have keratosis pilaris.
