I have very oily eyelids and my liquid liner stays on until I wanna take it off! I use maybelline line stiletto in blackest black.

Buy a Clinique eye cream, it's really good, and I think it will help you. :-)

I use a thin brush and put some finishing powder under my liner. it absorbs the oil and that keeps it from running :)

The nyc liquid liner is fantastic. I am the EPITOME of oily skin, and this is the only stuff that stays on my eyelids.
