I have dry, somewhat-sensitive skin as well, and I use Neutrogena Visibly Even Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30. It has soybean seed extract which helps even your skin tone, and it's not at all greasy, it sinks right in.

I find that spray on sunscreens work better than the lotions and make sure it is a high SPF (30 or above)

I use Shiseido lotion for face and body when I know I'm going to be in direct sun. It's moisturizing for my dry skin, but thin enough that I can wear it under makeup without any problems. It also doesn't clog my pores. For routine days I wear CeraVe a.m. moisturizer with SPF 30.

I personally recommend neutrogina or clarins. Any sun screen from tropica should also do the trick.
Good luck and please follow me

Try Sun Putty Face. Great protection and my complexion is very clear since I've been using it.
