I have those annoying red bumps/ marks cover my upper arms and I tried everything. I scrub everyday and moisturizer everyday but nothing helps and with summer coming I have become more self conscience about it any tips??

There is a lotion called Am Lactin that works for me. It's supposed to repair dry skin and my dermatologist recommended it to me for bumps on my skin.

Try going to a dermatologist and ask for a steroidal lotion. It works great
