Have you tried the maybelline bb cream or the revlon photo ready bb cream? They are amazing and they are both under ten dollars.

I use Maybelline's Dream Fresh BB Cream. It's not ideal for oily skin but I still like it.

I have tryed both the Revlon and the meybelline and they reacted really badly with my skin making it really dry! I have been using the bodyshop s since September and I love it... it also has merula oil and vitamin e oil in it really good for skin... it comes in 3 different numbers but it colour matches to you are skin colour. it doesn't look heavy. go in to a bodyshop and ask for a sample they did for me. :) x
