Best eyeliner for the waterline??

By the end of the day my eyeliner is all over my face :/ HELP!! Just something I can get at shoppers drug mart or a place like that!!

They work great and are pretty much designed for waterlines as its pretty resolution is thick and slightly oily (but in a good way)

Mua by super drug or topshops kohl xx they both work perfectly and don't budge at all x

Honestly if you can splurge urban decay makes the absolute best. Otherwise I'd try gosh or NYX.

MAC's Boot Black liquid liner works great! It literally stays on all day and night without smudging or fading and it dries to a beautiful matte finish. Have tried many other "long lasting" liners and MAC's is the one I keep using, 5 years and still counting! (:
