I love loreal extra Intense it's a liquid pencil eyeliner it's easy to use especially for a cat eye. If not then try a gel eyeliner there really easy to use to creat the cat eye also!(:

Felt tip eyeliners are better...less messy they work better I think!I got this eyeliner it's really good very fine tip!Blink that's what it's called I think Barry M It's waterproof and I love it.

I love the smash box one with the felt tip but when I don't have that much money I go for the maybelline line stiletto.(I think that's what it's called)

Sephora liner sucks and smudges/runs way to easily, plus the brush tip is too long and thin to apply the liner adequately. Have tried many and MAC's Boot Black liner is the best liner you will find. The felt tip applicator is perfec t for winged liner, it does not budge, fade, or run all day and night and dries to a beautiful matte black finish. Have been using it for 5 years and counting!
