A question for curly girls. What are some products you use that you swear by?
I have medium length, fairly thick curly hair that seems to have a mind of its own. It is never all completely curly! And because of this I simply throw my hair up in a bun every morning.
Care to share any tips and tricks?

Story of my life Diana. Same here. But I have found that argan oil works amazing to reduce friz and make my hair more managable. Plus it's incredibly healthy for your hair! Also Shea butter works an smells amazing for an overnight hair mask. I'm obsessed. My holy grail would have to be coconut oil though, it's freakin amazing and does miracles to my hair! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the recommendations girls! Another question. How do you actually apply product in your hair? I've been attempting various strategies such as separating my hair, applying leave in, then gel, then oil.

Apply leave in, concentrate the oil on the ends, then hair gel.

My hair is curly so,the products I use are so simple you know I asked me doctor about too many products and how it's harmful he said:all these products doesn't gives ANY results!! Then I said:ok so what shoul we use?! He said coconut oil or jojoba oil, which its perfect!
How to use them?
1-you should brush your hair because I think most of the girls who have curly hair don't brush their hairs often so,brush it before taken shower.
2-add your jojoba oil or coconut oil to your scald and hair and ends by the way it's perfect for split ends!
3-message your hair with your fingers NOT nails!!
4-wash your hair with regular shampoo but its Better to be medical one which you get it from your doctor.
5-DON't ADD CONDITIONER CUZ You WILL FEEL YOU HAIR IS KINDA OILY AND You WILL NOT FEEL RELAXED AFTER TAKING YOU SHOWER SO BE CAREFUL!!
Tips:
1-always use wide hair comb while you hair is wet, don't use brush it causes split ends!!
2-it's better to use some extra vitamins which you get it from pharmacy, but make sure you asked your doctor first.
3-remember braiding your hair is perfect for having heavy hair!
I hope you like it :*

Argan oil products definitely help with frizz! I have very curly hair and it was simply unmanageable before I started using argan oil products. I also use a hair gel type thing that is specifically for curly hair and it makes my curls nice and bouncy (sorry I forgot the name of it and I don't have it with me right now. I think it is by L'Oreal and it is a blue color with a white swirl). I always get it wet in the morning and towel dry it and put it in a ponytail for a few hours to let it air dry. I never use a brush, but rather a comb and I always start at the bottom and work my way up so I do not damage the ends. Also I only comb it when I am in the shower and when I am rinsing out conditioner because then my hair is already pretty tangle free so it doesn't hurt and it helps get the conditioner out so it is not extra oily later.
