So I have heard a lot of different things about this topic and different answers to this question so I was just going to ask is Vaseline makes your eyelashes longer. Many people say it does and others say it doesn't. People who use it, what is your routine (when do you put it on, how, how long do you wear it, do you use it in place of mascara, ect.) thanks :)
