How to grow eyelashes?

So, I really want longer thicker lashes. How can this be achieved? I don't want a product that's specifically targeted for lash growth.

Castor oil on like a mascara spool works well as like a night treatment but you will see a difference in like 3 months. At least it worked for me…just a very light amount so it's not greasy
