Eczema yes I have it on my neck. You have to or itll get worse.

I get eczema my arms. It helps to exfoliate with a mix of olive oil & baking soda. You could also use pure Argan oil or extra virgin coconut oil. Another oil that is good for eczema are rosehip. It's not super oily either. But, it is a dry oil so, you apply to dry skin.

Use E45 cream on it if you don't already, it'll help the eczema and shouldnt make the acne worse coz it's uncented and not oily I don't think =]

Definitely! If all you do is use products that will dry out your face/acne, it will cause your skin to produce more oils, making it worse. Always use a moisturizer!
